Before you were born you were star dust
Perfect, floating with the other motes of the universe
Tangled together, you didn’t know where you ended, and reality began
Until all at once, you came into the world
Screaming, kicking, instantly forgetting
The joy of being a part of everything
Now you must remember who you are
A piece of the universe
A small dose of reality
A part of the Source
Perfect as you are
    As you were
         As you will be
Thought the world tries to convince you otherwise
You are still the clay
Dancing across the universe
Holding hands with everything, everything
Knowing nothing but the joy of a perfect existence
I love the poem and I'm filing it with my "Favorite Poems"! Thank you.
